Thankfully, over the course of a few months I was able to develop a structured meal plan to follow. This meal plan has allowed me to spend less time stressing over the what to eat... And more time to experiment with creating fun, enjoyable meals.

You’re notified by email when your meal plan is ready. Once you receive it, check it out and let me know if any adjustments are needed. If not, you get started with your new eating plan and maximize the body results.
