After we've defined your goals, I'll then create your customized nutrition plan with the amount of calories and macros you need to hit, along with your flavorous meals so that you always know what to eat while also enjoying every bite.
#3 Monthly Progress Tracking
This is the true value of having a coach, to be held accountable for reaching your goals and doing what you agreed to. We'll have monthly check-ins to make sure you're progressing and we'll make adjustments as needed

The program officially begins once you make your payment. You'll book your appointment for our Intro consultation.
Then you'll fill out the Lifestyle form for me to customize your meal plan according to your answers.
After that, you'll weight in, take your measurements and Before Pics and start your meal plan. Then every month, we'll hop on a video call to access your progress and make adjustments as needed.
Absolutely! There are NO contracts here, if for whatever reason you feel the need to cancel coaching, just login to your account and cancel at your convenience, or email me and I'll do it for you.
(But with the results you're gonna get, you most likely won't feel the need to cancel.)
Yes, this is a monthly coaching training program. We ask for a 3-month sign-up committment from you to have the chance to show progress. However, you are not locked-in to your monthly agreement and can cancel your next month's payment at any time.
